How it works
What is Qomo?
A pay-to-unlock marketplace for premium products. Pay $5 to reveal the live price, which drops every time someone unlocks. The first buyer at any unlocked price wins the unit.
Why does the price drop each time someone unlocks?
Every $5 unlock pushes the live price down $4 for the next person in line. Same product, lower price, more pressure on whoever’s next.
Who decides what gets listed?
We list a small, tightly curated set of coveted designer pieces. As soon as a sale closes, your piece is sourced brand-new from the brand or an authorized retailer and shipped to you — authentic, in its original packaging, never warehoused stock.
Pricing & fees
What's the $5 unlock fee for?
It buys you a spot in the queue, sight of the current live price, and a 30-second window to decide. The unlock fee is non-refundable except in one case: if your unit sells or closes before your turn and no inventory remains.
What will I actually pay?
The $5 unlock fee plus, if you buy, the live price you’re shown. Shipping is free inside the UAE (we’re expanding to more countries soon). Taxes are calculated at fulfillment.
Buying & checkout
What happens when it's my turn?
You’ll see the live price and have 30 seconds to Buy or Skip. Buy locks the price for 1 hour while you finish checkout. Skip or timeout moves the unit to the next person at a lower price.
What if I miss my 30-second window?
You forfeit your spot, the price drops for the next person, and you’ll see “Your turn passed.” Your $5 unlock fee isn’t refunded — it bought the right to queue, not a guaranteed sale.
Can I cancel after I commit to buy?
Yes, during the 1-hour checkout window. Cancelling releases your reserved price to the next person in line. Your $5 unlock fee is still non-refundable.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards via Stripe. We don’t store your card details — Stripe does.
Shipping & delivery
Where do you ship?
United Arab Emirates and Lebanon. Free standard shipping on every order.
How long does delivery take?
3–7 business days inside the UAE, 5–10 business days to Lebanon. You’ll get a tracking link by email once your unit ships.
Returns & guarantees
Can I return the product?
Yes — 14-day return window from delivery. Returns are only accepted on unused units in their original packaging. Anything opened, set up, or used is not eligible — this keeps prices honest for everyone in the queue. To start a return, email returns@qomo.com within 14 days of delivery.

Sign in and visit Your orders. Every successful purchase shows up there with status and total.
